FF 12 has a similar one called Demons Bane I think. It has runes along the blade thou, loves good weapon designs

Yes, that is either the Demon's Bane or the Rune Blade, and it did a lot to inspire this sword design, actually. I imagine Caindaro using its slots to control and twirl the blade in manners that will spin and counter incoming weapon strikes. I always imagined Cain spinning it about his wrist in a buzz-saw fashion and charging his foes.

On a separate note, I'm serious if you are >:3. I have an image I did of Cain posing nude, that I'm pretty proud of. It was one of the first times I'd done a well-toned upper body. I like to have at least one nude pic of most of my characters to reference body shapes and muscle build... I'm thinking about redoing it though. I could probably pose him better the second time around.

YiffyOne's seen that pic. I'll ask him what I should change on it if anything.

Yeah now that you mention it I think it might be the Rune Blade. Damn I love that game, best game I've played in ages XD
